Apply one patch daily to clean, dry skin with little or no hair, i.e., arms, back, hips, shoulders, stomach, thighs or the upper neck behind the bottom of the ear.
Do not apply the patch to areas where lotions or creams are present. Wear the patch for a minimum of 16 hours per day and up to 24 hours.
Apply a new patch every day. The patch can be used for as long as needed or until you have successfully achieved your goals. You can then continue to use the patch as needed as a maintenance program.
All of our patches contain all natural herbal ingredients and can be worn for 24 hours a day and continuously used. We do recommend changing the placement of the patch each day to avoid any type of possible skin irritations that may develop.

Store this product in its closed container at room temperature; away from heat, moisture and direct light. Keep from freezing. Keep out of the reach of children or pets. Do not keep or use patch beyond expiration date.
